Hey! I'm Martin, a Vermont based photographer.
Life is so much more than just smiling at the camera. It's jumping in puddles with your kids, and then warming up inside under blanket forts. It's baking in the kitchen with your partner and then making out on the counter. It’s getting married on a Tuesday in the woods because that’s what felt right. Life is here, right now. So let's photograph it. I’m based in Poultney and often travel through Rutland, Castleton, Dorset, and other small Vermont towns where life happens.
Cinematic storytelling built around your everyday life.
I photograph families, couples, small weddings, and elopements. When we work together. you can expect a laid-back, documentary approach with cinematic imagery. I get a lot of my inspiration from films, color theory, and cinematic composition. Alongside that, I also value the human connection that comes with creating what I do. I see every person that I work with as a friend. Because comfort makes for better photos. Plus, I bring snacks.
